Bearing Guide Wheels
Our signature DualVee® product line offers customers easy to use and easy to install guide wheel components and assemblies. Long known for their superior performance in extreme environments such as dirt, debris, dust, metal, wood chips, food, washdown and textile fiber, DualVee uses a 90 degree V principle that creates a natural wiping action between the wheel and track.
DualVee guide wheels are available in six sizes and come in a wide variety of wheel materials, options, and greases for specific industry demands including low temperature (to -94°F), high temperature (to +500°F), and washdown (FDA approved).
The wheels run on either single or double edge track which comes in carbon steel, stainless steel or corrosion resistant versions, drilled or undrilled formats. Single piece lengths up to 20 feet hardened, 20 feet unhardened, can be easily joined for virtually unlimited travel lengths.
Journals and bushings provide a method to affix DualVee V bearing guide wheels. Journals are available in concentric and eccentric versions. Bushings are available in standard height or low profile versions. Accessory items include wheel covers, lubricators, track plate assemblies and wheel plate assemblies.
