Facilities are available for mechanical testing, chemical analysis and metallurgical testing of metallic/non-metallic materials and components.
Bodycote Daventry routinely carry out weld procedure and welder qualification testing to a wide range of national/international standards to meet the requirements of many industry sectors including: defence, aerospace, power generation and oil & gas. A fully equipped workshop is available for the production of test specimens, jigs, fixtures and special test rigs.
Our more specialised services include: wet chemical analysis facilities, supported by ICP analysis equipment and a comprehensive failure/ metallurgical examination service, including SEM and EDAX analysis. Our experienced staff are also available to offer consultancy services including material selection and processing, etc.
