CreteAngle Mixers

CreteAngle® design and manufacture the leading range of Forced Action Mixers.

CreteAngle® invented the original Forced Action Pan Mixer in 1956 and now supply a wide range of standard and bespoke Forced Action Mixers to contractors, test laboratories and material developers around the world.

CreteAngle® Pan Mixers are a robust and heavy duty piece of equipment. They will offer long service and less down time than cheaper fixed pan mixers; especially on sites where reliability is important. Customers contact us and ask for spare parts for machines that are over 20 years old.

We design and develop all of our Forced Action Mixers in-house, using the highest quality components which means that CreteAngle® Pan Mixers are robust and built to deliver high mix quality over their long working life.

Our in-house design team can build Mixers to your special requirements. For situations where there is restricted access, size constraints or using special mix materials or volumes. There is always a CreteAngle® Forced Action Mixer solution for your business.

FAST

CreteAngle® Forced Action Mixers deliver high on-site production rates. Our Mixers are fast to set up on-site and easy to use, which means they deliver high productivity saving you time and money.

CreteAngle®Forced Action Mixers use a unique rapid mixing action that delivers a full mix quickly (often in less than 1 minute), important on both complex and fast turnaround projects.

EASY

Simple operation and maintenance

The pan may be easily cleaned as there are no projections or fixed blades in the pan. The pans are constructed from heavy gauge steel and the Mixers do not use belts or pulleys, so regular replacements are not required.

CreteAngle® Forced Action Mixers have no doors, flaps or fixed pans. Operators who have used different mixing methods appreciate how easy it is to fill and empty our CreteAngle pan mixers.

Material Manufacturers also approve and recommend our mixing system.

SAFE

In respect of safety all our pan mixers are manufactured to British Standards Institute protocol - design and safety are two criteria. This is taken one step further by meeting European standards that allow our units to be CE marked and thus exportable around the world.
