GE Series 90-30

The GE Fanuc Series 90-30 PLC system is made up of a rack, power supply and CPU. The most common CPU used in the GE Series 90-30 is IC693CPU364 IC693CPU374 which includes an Ethernet connection as well as 240K memory. The IC693ACC301 and IC693ACC302 battery connects directly to the IC693PWR321 or IC693PWR330 power supply.

GE Series 90-70

The GE Fanuc Series 90-70 was introduced in 1988 as a full functioning PLC system. It utilized the IC697CPU782 processor which soon became the IC697CPX782 CPU. The new processors no longer needs the IC697MEM715, IC697MEM719, IC697MEM731, IC697MEM733 or IC697MEM735 memory modules. The new IC697CMM742 Ethernet controller eliminates the older IC697CMM741.

GE Genius I/O

GE Fanuc Genius I/O blocks were designed in 1986. Genius Blocks interface to the GE Series 6 PLC with the IC660CBB902 and IC660CBB903 bus controller. Other GE PLC systems that communicate with Genius I/O are Series 9030 IC693BEM331, Series 90-70 IC697BEM731 and IC697BEM733, Series Five IC655BEM510, Rx3i IC694BEM331and Rx7i Ic697BEM731.

GE Field Control

GE Fanuc Field Control Product line is no longer being manufactured. This product was widely used in the wastewater industry because of its distributed nature. The IC670GBI102, IC670GBI002 BIU Bus Interface units and IC670PBI001 Profibus interface allowed communication with most GE Fanuc PLCs. We currently support 24 hour turnaround on repair of most GE Field Control parts.

GE Series Six

General Electric Series Six PLC memory card. Communication cards are the IC600CB516 IC600CB517 IC600BF948. Instruction modules are IC600CB515 IC600CB525, IC600CB526.

GE Rx3i PacSystem

GE Rx3i Pacsystem was introduced to replace the Series 90-30 PLC system. It uses the same I/O system as the GE Series 90-30 plus more high speed I/O modules. The backplane offers a 10-100 times increase in throughput for newer modules IC695 as well as the ladder annotation resides in the IC695CPU310 or IC695CPU320 CPUs.

GE Rx7i PacSystem

The GE Fanuc Rx7i PLC system was designed to replace the GE Series 90-70 PLC system. It utilizes most of the 90-70 I/O as well as offers more advanced new I/0. The backplane still uses the VME standard backplane for third party interfaces. It very easy to upgrade or retrofit from the older PLC to the Rx7i. We offer a free conversion of your Series 90-70 ladder logic program with purchase of the GE Rx7i Pacsystem.

GE Series Three

GE Series Three PLC consist primarily of the IC630CPU301 processor. It has an integrated programmer on the front of the CPU. The most vunerable component on this system is the IC630PWR310 and IC630PWR300 power supplies. It has been discontinued by the manufacturer GE Fanuc. GE Versamax

GE-IP GE Fanuc Versamax PLC was created to offer an inexpensive solution similiar to GE Genius blocks. There are multiple CPU to form a stand alone system but it also supports bus interface units and communicates with Genius, Profibus, Devicnet and Ethernet LANs.
