We offer a comprehensive cutting service in a wide range of materials, including acrylics, plastic, wood, MDF, foam, stone, ceramics & glass, designed and cut to your speci cation. SPG’s three AXYS routers offer the ability to produce 3D cut and routed shapes, usually from wood and metal. Our products include wood, acrylic and MDF signs & logos, kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts, intricate louvre panels, and decorative radiator covers.
Our highly advanced waterjet cutting tables use a one, high speed stream of water to cut most materials including stone, acrylic, glass, plastic, foam and paper with exacting tolerances to +/- 0.2mm. It sounds incredible but waterjet technology is superior to die cutting, ame or laser methods. These unique machines can cut material from wafer-thin up to 150mm both accurately and cost-effectively! Our product range includes at cut and built up letters, numbers &logos, bespoke signs, customised paving slabs and so much more!
