Rice Lake SURVIVOR® ATV All-Terrain Portable Vehicle Scale
Fully electronic, the portable SURVIVOR® ATV vehicle scale is designed for heavy-duty weighing in virtually any location a permanent installation isn’t practical. Our patented G-Force™ mounting system’s self-checking design controls loading forces, allowing faster processing and extending component life. Versatile and cost-effective, the ATV’s self-contained live modules and floating center modules make it easy to add or remove sections to fit your application requirements. The ATV Heavy-Duty Top Access Portable features top access to load cells, self-seating hinge connectors, and dedicated transient protection components in each J-box greatly simplifying installation and routine maintenance. The ATV also incorporates an exclusive lock-out system that removes all weight from the load cells, suspending the deck free of links to avoid damage to electronics while transporting the scale.
The ATV-SR Super Duty Siderail Portable is ideal for weighing tri- and quad-axle dump trucks in pits and quarries. The siderail design features side access to load cells and electronics. Standard bulkheads are heavily braced for high-compression backfilling with gravel or aggregate. In semi-permanent applications, choose from optional steel ramps or bulkheads for concrete approaches. A five-year weighbridge guarantee ensures long-lasting performance.
BridgePort Portable Truck Scales
Installs anywhere - The self-contained modules install on any stable surface: bridge planks, concrete piers or blocks, a concrete slab or swamp pad, for example. Easy to install or disassemble-In as little as four hours you can have a working scale. Only four boltsper module. Each module arrives pre-wired with quick-connectors between modules.
Built-in durability - BridgePort's tubular steel sub-frame is just one example. Noted for its strength, the tubular steel also serves as a sealed conduit for the scale's wiring providing protection from moisture, wear and rodents.
SURVIVOR® OTR Steel Deck
For above ground or pit installs, the SURVIVOR® OTR Steel Deck sets the standard for truck scale design and performance. Tightly spaced wide flange i-beams form the industry's strongest weighbridge design, weighing as many as 250 trucks per day for 25 years without a trace of weighbridge fatigue. The OTR Steel Deck offers convenient top access to load cells, and a low profile to minimize steep approaches. Unique self-setting hinge-like connectors make for easy installation and future expansion.
SURVIVOR® OTR Concrete Deck
The OTR Concrete Deck provides a low-profile design and top access to load cells with the benefits of a concrete deck. This model can function both above ground or as a pit-type and features our unique self-setting connectors for easy installation and future expansion. Six inches of poured concrete rests above the scale's neutral axis, atop a network of wide flange i-beams and shear studs. This eliminates any possible tension or cracking, while providing a surface that's well suited for corriosion resistance and traction in wet or icy conditions.
