With CNC multi-bending technology we can fold up small parts on sheet metal fabrications much quicker than they can be bent on a CNC press brake saving us production time and more importantly saving you money. These sheet metal components can have the small tabs bent up at a rate of 2000 bends per hour. These sheet metal components are manufactured from 1.5mm thick Zintec coated mild steel and are used to produce the end plates for heating enclosures.
