Managed services are a way for small and medium sized businesses to outsource their IT needs, a lower cost than building an in-house IT support department. ACC provides a personalized approach to each individual business, in short, “your own part-time IT staff”.
Simply put, we monitor our client's IT infrastructure and pro-actively maintain and resolve any issues that arise within it. This provides peace of mind and predictable costs when compared to consistant “break/fix” emergency repair costs incurred by most small companies.
Common services provided by ACC include remote network, desktop and security monitoring, patch management and remote data back-up, virus and malware removal, as well as technical assistance.
We utilize a structured time and material model that provides peace of mind and predictable costs for our clients. There is no “one size fits all”.
