Company Description
Perfecta Fabricators began in Cape Town back in 1959 when Koos van der Dussen and Daan de Jong, began a building business in Cape Town. The two young men set up shop in a small building in a back street of Claremont and began trading as De Jong & Van der Dussen Building Contractors and Joiners. A combination of hard work and attention to detail soon made their enterprise successful, and in the course of their work they found a growing need for commercial refrigerated equipment.
In 1964 it was decided to open a new company to deal with the market demand and Perfecta Fabricators was born. Led by Koos van der Dussen and his partner, Chris Ten Velden, Perfecta specialised in refrigerated display cabinets, shop fittings, coldrooms and coldroom doors. It was not long before the expertise of the growing Perfecta team became known beyond the borders of the Cape, and the company began supplying their products throughout the Republic.
