Company Description
1. Our company is established in 1999 by our boss, who also is an injection mold engineer with 12 years experience in mold making. After 6 year's development, there are 103 people in our company at present, including 60 professional engineers and technicians, operating with teams and branches while each step of mold making is quality control strictly, that means we could operating in nearly 24 hours in 7 days a week helping us to offer you the molds with high quality and exactly delivery time. In addition, we have six mold tool design engineers with rich experience, two processional CNC engineers, using advanced software such as Pro-E, Auto-CAD, Master-CAM and Solid-works.
2. We have the following precision equipment: 3 sets of CNC machine, including one set of KAFO 1500 with Fujitsu controller, its travel: 1500X1000X800mm, two sets of FEELER FV800 with MITSUBISHI updated controller 520,its travel: 850X550X500mm; these CNC can process with the liner angle; 6 sets of EDM, all are imp
