Our patented "Head-Shed" line of primary cleaners incorporates features such as large blades for long wear life, an offset shaft for better absorption of mechanical splices, and mechanical tensioner requiring no adjustment throughout the life of the blades. The patented "Mine Duty" secondary scraper has independently spring-loaded blades to help match the natural contour of the belt, and, with four distinct relief zones, is gentle on mechanical splices.
