Dugas Equipment Ltd., a family type company, has it's start dating to 1952 , when Stand Dugas , welder by trade , started a two men operation , in Caraquet , New-Brunswick. Now operated under Dugas Equipment Ltd., it is a diversified entity, with annual sales of $ 5,000,000.00. It is driven by the family's reputation transferred from its founder, for offering a quality product matched with customer service available at all times.
Engineering
We have on staff three (3) mechanical engineers, a welding / QA technician and a mechanical technician.
Personnel and Staff
Typical of family owned operations, our team of 24 is formed of experienced and loyal staff. All our service and fabrication sector employees are holders of certificates of training from recognized education institutions. We manufacture marine winches and gear plus high quality tower erecting winches, to our own high standard of workmanship, which eliminate the piece work approach to production.
