Ileri Teknoloji Ltd. Sti. incorporated on 01/27/ 2000
in Etiler Istanbul, Turkey. Its objective was to create
technologically safe and sound products for the
household usage and later industrial applications.
During 1999, Ileri Teknoloji finished all the required
Market Research, purchase of the necessary hardware
and software for manufacturing and R&D purposes.
Ileri Teknoloji is built upon a two stage five year
plan, at the first stage, Ileri Teknoloji would start
manufacturing the products, begin the sales and
marketing activities mainly concentrating on the
distribution channels for its product line. The second
stage is to make Ileri Teknoloji a financially
independent and stable organization and provide
products and services within the Information Systems
and Telecommunications sectors.
Ileri Teknoloji successfully completed the first
stage of its goals and objectives. On 09/26/2000, Ileri
Teknoloji acquired a TSEK(Given by the TSE, Turkish
