IMPLABS CC is an accredited MATERIALS TESTING LABORATORY that caters to all mechanical, chemical and metallurgical testing requirements of the engineering, mining and manufacturing sectors of industry.
IMPLABS CC was founded in 1996 originally as part of a group of companies and became an independent company in 2004. It is run by the CEO, Dorian Chambers, head of the metallurgical section, Mark Gertzen, head of the mechanical testing and Dora Sharp, head of the chemical analysis. All have over 20 years experience in the field.
Implabs cc has a fully equipped workshop thereby speeding up delivery times. The Lab has 30and 60T tensile testers, hardness and micro hardness testers, impact tester, microscopes and the latest-state-of-the-art Bruker multi-base spectrometer.
