Company Description
THERMAX was established in 1982 and has since gained considerable experience in thermal imaging as a preventative maintenance tool.
Experience is essential for tracking, locating and identifying the cause of the faults and correct interpretation of the infra red images. Incorrect interpretation of thermal images can lead to either a fault being overlooked, or ‘phantom’ faults being reported.
A Thermax Infra Red Survey, increases the effectiveness of maintenance and prevents major repair costs of capital equipment. When the equipment appears to be operating smoothly, it is easy to overlook the fact that components could be developing faults.
Often these problems can be identified prior to breakdown, therefore unscheduled downtime, damaged equipment and fire hazards are potential risks that are controllable
THERMAX carries out Infra Red Surveys in all types of industry : Below is a limited list of industries where surveys are carried out reguarly
· mining
· sugar milling
· paper milling
· steel milling
· chemical processing plants
· manufacturing companies
· smelters
· corporate buildings
THERMAX aims to provide a service that can focus attention on the correct action for repairing or eliminating a potential failure of equipment.
It is Thermax policy to pay meticulous attention to detail and examine all areas under survey as thoroughly as possible, while at the same time being sensitive to limiting conditions, time constraints and the client's priorities.
