Electronic Frequency Converters for precast plants and construction sites
OLI has designed a range of Electronic Frequency Converters specific to the needs of precast plants and construction sites. The converters are available in mobile or fixed configurations.
With the mobile design the operator can power from 4 to 8 vibrators simultaneously. This allows for flexible solutions for the precast and construction environment.
The fixed design frequency converters can power multiple vibrators at the same time. It is fully customizable, thus meeting specific customer needs.
Both designs offer optimal performance with the following specifactions-
- Input voltage: 380/500V ±10%, 50/60Hz.
- Output voltage: available in 400V, 230V or 42V.
- Output frequency: adjustable through potentiometer.
Full protection against-
- Overload
- Sort circuit
- Over temperature and,
- Voltage fluctuation.
The Converters offer sites the added advantage of high productivity as it gives the operators the ability to power on the vibrators one by one, in groups, or all together.
