Thin gauge mild steel sheet metal Tig welded covers
Small fabricated sheet metal covers have been manufactured from mild steel with separate rolled ends sections and seam TiG welded joints. Once the seam welded joints have been cleaned back to the original paraent sheet metal and powder coated they look as though they were made as one and not from several separate sheets. This is the most effective method of manufacturing metal covers for small to medium quantities. These particular covers have been manufacted in batches of 50 off but similar parts have been made in smaller batched up to 100′s off.
