Terminal Blocks

A terminal block is a component mounted to a printed circuit board for the purpose of connectiong multiple wires together. There are many different types of terminal blocks and the selection is based on the number of wires being connected at both the input and output and the type of termination required. Typical termination options are screw clamps, spring clamps, tab/blade terminals and insulation displacement connections.
